Level is made by one person, so please include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug. If you write from inside the app (Settings › Contact support) that is filled in for you.

"My level looks wrong"

It is computed only from the matches you have logged, against the people in your own pool. Under five matches it is provisional. If all your matches are against the same few people, the card says so — play someone new and the range will move. If a match was entered wrongly, open it from History and edit or delete it; your level is recomputed from scratch.

"It went down after I won"

Every match has a one-line reason under it in History. The usual cause is a narrow win over a pair the model rated well below you, or a win where the credit went mostly to a stronger partner.

Is this my DUPR or Playtomic rating?

No. It is an estimate from your own results, expressed on a familiar scale so it is legible at the court. Level is not affiliated with either.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To view, change, or cancel one: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restoring a purchase

If you have reinstalled the app or changed device, open Settings › Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
